Craig Blanchard

Craig has been successfully selling Real Estate in St. John's and the surrounding areas since 1997. During this time Craig has earned a solid reputation as a hard working, client focused Realtor, who gets results. Craig has vast experience in both residential and commercial Real Estate, and works with buyers, sellers, and leasing. Craig also has a network of Home Inspectors, Lawyers, Bankers, Appraisers, or anyone else that your Real Estate transaction may require, that he can arrange for you to make the whole transaction as smooth & hassle free as possible. Craig has also served several terms as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Newfoundland & Labrador Association of Realtors(NLAR), and has served 5 years as President of the Eastern Newfoundland Real Estate Board. As well, Craig currently co-chairs the Ethics Committee, a position he has held since 2001.
